The project commenced in the Financial Year 2023/2024 and is planned to close in Financial Year 2026/2027.

The Project Development Objective (PDO) is to mitigate the effect of COVID-19 on private sector investment and employment and to support new economic opportunities including in refugee and hosting communities.

In compliance with the World Bank Environmental and Social Standards and Public Disclosure requirements, GoU through PSFU prepared and disclosed an Environmental Social Framework (ESMF) which has been revised and enhanced.
