Training & Capacity Building
PSFU has established a fully equipped Capacity Building Unit as a special department/Unit that coordinates training and capacity building programs for the private sector enterprise development initiatives.
The Capacity Building Unit has a pool of resources dedicated to supporting the Business Development Support function for enterprises; with a team of qualified personnel (Business Advisors and Trainers) to provide technical support in-terms of training and hand-holding (business coaching and mentorship) as well as Monitoring and Evaluation.
