It aims to advocate for an improved business environment and work with Government to reduce the cost of doing business in Uganda.

Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU) and United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) CleanStart programme are collaborating to support the Uganda Solar Energy Association (USEA) in effectively promoting solar industry development. The support offered to USEA will go towards reviewing and reforming its governance and management structures, and building the capacity of the USEA Executive Committee and Secretariat to provide members with value-added services such as market intelligence, customer research, and business development training and mentorship for solar companies and other industry stakeholders.
