In 2015, Centenary Bank unveiled a new and exciting program for women in business dubbed CenteSupawoman Club, tailor made to specifically address the needs of women that aspire to be prosperous financially.

The Supawoman Banking Program is one of the ways to address the gender imbalance in access to financial services as individuals or in groups.
The program is also aimed at increasing financial inclusion for women in business whilst improving their levels of income and livelihoods.
Eligible women to join the CenteBusiness Supawoman Club are between 21 and 65 years.
In a bid to reach out to more women, Centenary Bank in conjunction with Private Sector Foundation Uganda have held financial literacy trainings in Kampala, Masaka and Mpigi District to sensitize women on personal finance and practicing agriculture as a business.
Centenary Bank further organized and expo at UMA show grounds Lugogo in Nice Main Exhibition hall called meet and Greet where all Supawomen had to come and show case all the their products to the public. The Chief Guest of the Expo was the Rt. Hon Speaker of Uganda Rebeeca Kadaga
